SWYOUTH exists to know Jesus and make Him known. We do this through worshipping God, ministering where there is need, sharing about His saving grace, spending time with other believers, and digging into the Scriptures together.  Pastor of Student Ministries, Mike Arzie

High School Retreats

We take two retreats each year. These are awesome weekends of worship, being challenged in our faith, hanging out and getting to know each other better.

Winter Retreat 2018

Saturday-Monday
January 13-15

Cost: $99

Trout Creek Bible Camp
38105 SE Gordon Creek Road
Corbett, OR 97019

The Winter Retreat is a time to get away from all the screens and all the noise and all the distractions. We keep the schedule minimal and relaxed. There are not a lot of games or competitions. It is a weekend to sit by the fireplace and recenter our hearts and our lives. It is our time to get away and connect with God. It is a time to go deeper and leave refreshed and encouraged.

Small Groups

Every student is placed in a small group. The purpose of these groups is to disciple others and to form deep friendships through studying the Bible and praying together. These groups occasionally do their own activities and outings.

Care Ministry Partnership

High school students and staff gather monthly to serve those in our care ministry at SWBIBLE. We cook meals, clean houses, grocery shop, do yard work, and engage in fellowship with another generation. Dates and details for each service project are announced in advance through social media.

The Service Station

Ready to serve in a bigger way? The Service Station is for students who want to be a part of our leadership. This is a once a month meeting where we receive training instruction in leadership and have the opportunity to plan events and serve within our ministry.
