In 2002 Joe and Shelby met and married and soon after began working full time as campus ministers with Real Life Ministries (a ministry of Calvary Chapel) at OSU. Today Joe and Shelby work for the US Center for World Mission (USCWM) as Campus Mobilizers. Their job is to multiply, disciple and mentor students in world missions.
