Southwest Bible Church supports many individuals and organizations who are dedicated to fulfilling Christ's Great Comission through full-time service on the mission field, both at home and abroad. Many of our missionaries send us monthly updates on their work and their needs that enable us to pray for specific people or situations. Join with us as we support these faithful servants through our finances, prayers, and encouragement!

Downtown Bible Class

Downtown Bible Class is a non-denominational Christian ministry whose purpose is to bring clear, Christ-centered Bible teaching to the marketplace. Since the spring of 1993, DBC has met each Wednesday in downtown Portland, Oregon. Each week, hundreds of Portland business people and students meet in the Whitsell Auditorium of the Portland Art Museum.

Ultimate Question Video

In a clear and concise video presentation, Pastor Scott Gilchrist explains how you can know God personally through His Son Jesus Christ. The Ultimate Question Video ministry packages videos for the resource center and distribution through the UQ Video Express, enabling anyone in the congregation to send a UQ Video to friends and family.
